Mentees

Success in the legal industry is shaped by a combination of intellectual knowledge and genuine relationships that create pathways for transformational opportunities. The VABANC Mentee Program invites all legal professionals — whether navigating through the first semester of law school or preparing for a new industry role — to strengthen their personal networks through learning, growing, and connecting with others who have navigated similar journeys.

We welcome all mentees currently either pursuing a Juris Doctor or are in their post-education career. An ideal “mentee” would be someone who is intellectually curious, eager to sharpen their craft, and receptive to constructive feedback. Once paired, we will initially provide introductions between both sides. We highly encourage scheduling 1-on-1 meetings — in-person or virtual — as your schedule permits.
