Mentors

Beyond case law and briefs, the legal profession is built on relationships. The VABANC Mentorship Program brings together students and legal professionals who share a commitment in building a larger ecosystem of Vietnamese American representation within the legal industry. Whether you are a recent graduate, beginning your own practice, or transitioning to a new legal venture: you have invaluable knowledge and lessons to share, connect, and uplift the next generation.

We welcome all mentors from a wide range of legal backgrounds, years of expertise, and industry roles. An ideal “mentor” would be someone who is passionate about advancing the next generation of legal talent. Once paired, we will initially provide introductions between both sides. We highly encourage scheduling 1-on-1 meetings — in-person or virtual — as your schedule permits.
