- VABANC Kick-off Meeting (Tuesday, February 22, 2022 5:30-6:30pm)
- Thank you to our VABANC members for joining us at our VABANC Kick-Off Event.
- We welcomed the new Executive Board for 2022 and provided an opportunity for members to get involved with the VABANC’s Committees, including opportunities to serve as chairs. If you missed the meeting, you can view the Committees and accompanying descriptions here, and fill out this form to apply for a position as a committee chair.

- Join us for our next general board meeting in March, where the Honorable Judge Jacqueline Duong will swear in the new Executive Board. - Casting Call for Pulitzer Prize-Winning Novel, The Sympathizer, by Viet Thanh Nguyen
- Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning novel by Viet Thanh Nguyen, The Sympathizer is an upcoming espionage thriller produced by HBO and A24. Starring Robert Downey Jr. and directed by Park Chan-Wook (Oldboy), they are seeking Vietnamese-speaking talent for the series, which will be filmed in Los Angeles and Vietnam.
